Policies:
| Rates are for single or double occupancy.
| $20 for each additional person in the room.
| During holidays and seasonal events, we require a
two-night minimum stay.

| One night deposit with credit card, check or money order
is required within five to seven days of making the
reservation.
| Balance of payment is due upon arrival.
| Cash, personal checks, Visa & Master Card, traveler's

| There are NO refunds for early departure or no shows.
| We know that sometimes plans must be changed, and we will
gladly apply your deposit to a new date or issue a refund if
