| Rates are for single or double occupancy.
| $20 for each additional person in the room.

two-night minimum stay for Holidays and Holiday weekends.

| One night deposit is required within five to seven days of making the
reservation.
| Balance of payment is due upon arrival.

| There are NO refunds for early departure or no shows.
| We know that sometimes plans must be changed, and we will
gladly apply your deposit to a new date or issue a refund if
cancellation is received one week prior to your arrival
